Our Story
The routine was never the problem. The size of it was.
There is a particular kind of guilt that comes from owning good skincare you no longer use.
You know the one. The shelf of bottles you researched properly. The routine you kept faithfully, back when your evenings still belonged to you. And then, somewhere between the work that expanded and the people who needed you and the nights you fell into bed with your face unwashed, it slipped. Not all at once. Just one skipped step, then two, until the whole thing quietly stopped.
And the story you told yourself was that you had let yourself go.
We think that story is wrong.
A ten-step routine is not a test of character. It is a design, and it was designed for someone with more evenings than you have. It asked for twenty minutes and a dozen small decisions at the exact hour you had the least of both. Of course it did not survive. It was never built to.
PLIQUE started from a simple question: what would skincare look like if it were designed for the life you actually live, instead of the one you are supposed to have time for?
The answer was to take everything away.
Not the ingredients. Not the steps. Just the friction. The choosing, the measuring, the remembering, the shelf. We took a full morning and night routine and sealed it into twelve capsules on a single strip, already sequenced, already measured, already decided.
What is left is the part that was always the point: a few quiet minutes that belong to you.
We are not asking you to try harder.
We are asking you to try something that does not require you to. Because consistency, not complexity, is what actually changes skin. And the best routine is simply the one you will still be doing in a month.
Just PLIQUE it.
