The 30-Day Ritual Guarantee
Give The Daily Ritual thirty days. If it hasn't earned a place in your morning and night, email help@plique.shop with your order number and we'll refund you. Keep the strips you've used. No interrogation, no hoops.
We don't ask you to ship anything back. Your word is enough.
How to claim it
Email help@plique.shop within thirty days of receiving your order, with your order number in the message. We'll confirm and process it from there. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within ten business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email help@plique.shop straight away and we'll make it right, replacement or refund, your choice.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future orders and payments. You keep everything already sent. The thirty-day guarantee applies to your first order.
Exchanges
We only make one product, so there's nothing to exchange it for. If it isn't right for you, take the refund.
European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Our thirty-day guarantee is longer and applies alongside it, so you're covered either way. Email help@plique.shop to cancel.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
