Processing
Orders are processed within one to two business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking so you can follow it.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the carrier, timing is in their hands. If something looks stuck or delayed, email help@plique.shop and we'll chase it for you.
Tracking
Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships. If you haven't received it within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Subscriptions
Your monthly supply is dispatched to arrive before your current one runs out. You can pause, skip, or change your delivery date anytime from your account.
Wrong address?
Email help@plique.shop as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it. Once it's with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email help@plique.shop and we'll make it right.
Customs and duties
For orders delivered outside the United States, any customs charges, duties, or import taxes are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility. We can't predict or cover them.
